Die Casting Services
ForceBeyond provides superior quality custom die casting parts and components for a wide range of industries including automotive, food and dairy, machinery, medical, plumbing, mining, petrochemical, electrical, energy, and aerospace. Our die casting machines range from 180 to 2,000 metric tons, producing parts from a few grams to more than 100 pounds with superior quality ready for assembly. Die casting is a high-volume manufacturing process that forces molten metal under high pressure into precision steel molds, producing complex shapes with excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finishes.
Materials & Finishes
We specialize in aluminum die casting and zinc die casting, each offering distinct advantages. Aluminum die castings provide excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity for automotive, aerospace, and electronics housings. Zinc die castings offer superior dimensional accuracy, thinner wall capability, and lower tooling costs for high-volume applications including hardware, connectors, and consumer products. For parts requiring aesthetic, functional, or protective coatings, we offer a broad range of surface finishes including powder coating, e-coating, shot blasting, chrome plating, and bright finish.
Capabilities & Equipment
Our die casting facilities are equipped with machines from ZITAI/L.K., TOSHIBA, IDRA, and TOYO ranging from 180 to 2,000 metric tons. Supporting equipment includes central melting furnaces from 800kg to 4.5 metric tons, vacuum units, temperature control units, trimming and reshaping equipment, shot blasting, and sand blasting. Our CNC machine shops provide secondary machining operations to bring die cast parts to final specifications with tight tolerances.
